Sanguine Queen

This is Kiaransalee, the Drow demigoddess of vengeance and necromancy. In my client's campaign world, Kiaransalee grew to true godhood after the death of Lolth by embracing the power of vampirism. He asked me an art that depicts her as The Sanguine Queen, her vampiric avatar on the Material Plane, while she's sitting on her throne in the Underdark.
